MAKE A CHANGE
It is possible to exchange your swimsuit only between items of the same amount. If the amount is different, you will have to follow the instructions to make a return, and then proceed with a new order.
1 . Send an email to nuscollectionsrl@gmail.com , specifying: name, surname, order number and items to be exchanged (including size and colour) indicating the model, size and color of the new products.
2. Proceed with shipping of the item you intend to replace in the original packaging, intact, unused, complete with tag to the address: nuscollectionsrl@gmail.com
As soon as the package reaches our warehouses, we will start shipping the new order.
Nb We advise you to use tracked shipping or we will be unable to proceed with the exchange if the package is lost.
MAKE A RETURN
It is possible to make a return within 14 days of delivery of the item.
1 . Send an email requesting the return at nuscollectionsrl@gmail.com specifying the order number, the name under which it was placed and the reason for the return. Also provide us with the account or card details where you would prefer to receive the refund.
2. Proceed with shipping of the item you intend to replace in the original packaging, intact, unused, complete with tag to the address: nuscollectionsrl@gmail.com
3 . Once your return has been accepted, we will send you a confirmation email.
4. Your refund will be processed and the amount will automatically be credited to your designated account or card.
